Exercise bikes or stationary bikes have been around for so long already that some of us already neglect the health benefits that it could give us. Even though the exercise bike is a simple contraption, it saves not only time but it saves lives as well. Read on.

Exercise bikes take up very little space at home, even if you live in a small apartment, surely you can find space to fit an exercise bike in. How can they save time? It saves time because rather than drive to the local gym, you can use it at the comfort of your own home at your own time.
